Assist in stock management by monitoring inventory levels and restocking shelves as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or retail sales is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse clientele. Familiarity with retail math concepts is advantageous. Experience in grocery store settings is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to perform product demonstrations effectively. A proactive attitude towards upselling and enhancing customer engagement.
