Primary Responsibilities Generate leads by engaging with your local community. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries. Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads. Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs;identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs. Conduct weather damage inspections (requires roof inspections utilizing ladders). Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs. Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolvesany issues that may arise post-sale. Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products,services, and enhancements that may be of interest. Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and anycustomer or vendor relationship problems within the utilized CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Ability to understand customer objectives and develop strategies to overcome them. Performs other duties as assigned. Position Requirements Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail.
- Presentation skills required to deliver proposals to varying groups of individuals, including homeownersand insurance adjusters.
- Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well collaboratively with others and execute tasks independently.
- Proficient with basic computer functions such as email and data entry programs.
- Creative problem-solving and analytical skills to produce and provide solutions to obstacles.
- Sales experience is a PLUS, but not required.
- Dependable attendance.
