We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Boat Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at our West Palm Beach headquarters.

What You’ll Do:

As a Boat Sales Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the exciting process of purchasing their ideal boat at our flagship West Palm Beach location.

Your responsibilities will include:

Engaging with customers at our impressive 3-acre facility to understand their boating needs, preferences, and budget, with a strong focus on our extensive inventory of center console brands like Sea Hunt and Cobia, as well as other boat types. Providing expert technical information and detailed price quotes on various boat models and options. Staying up-to-date on the latest boat market trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings. Collaborating with the Business Manager to facilitate financing options and effectively communicate requirements to customers. Proactively presenting finance and insurance products and services to maximize revenue opportunities. Representing Marine Connection at boat shows and other promotional events within the West Palm Beach market and potentially other areas. Providing exceptional customer service through prompt and professional responses to inquiries via phone and email. Maintaining accurate sales records and following established sales processes.

What You’ll Bring:

Proven track record of successful sales performance and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. High level of self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and a results-driven attitude. Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience within the boat, RV, or powersports industry is highly preferred. Significant knowledge of the boat market, particularly center console brands like Sea Hunt and Cobia, and experience as a boater is a strong advantage. Fluency in Spanish is a plus and may be beneficial in serving our diverse customer base. Ability to work weekends as needed to accommodate customer schedules and boat show events.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position offering significant earning potential for driven and successful sales professionals.
