In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to brides and their parties as they navigate the exciting journey of selecting the perfect wedding attire. You will utilize your strong communication skills and retail expertise to create a memorable shopping experience, ensuring that each client feels valued and supported throughout the process. Responsibilities Assist brides and their parties in selecting wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories. Provide personalized consultations to understand clients’ needs and preferences. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the shopping experience and increase sales. Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service. Stay updated on current bridal trends and inventory to provide informed recommendations. Requirements Previous experience in retail or customer service desired, preferably in a bridal or fashion setting. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele. A keen eye for detail and a passion for helping clients find their ideal wedding attire. Experience with product demos is a plus but not required.
