In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients. Your primary focus will be on developing relationships through warm calling and outbound efforts, utilizing your communication skills to effectively convey our value proposition. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving sales growth.
Responsibilities Prospecting:
research and identify potential clients Market research: research competitors, trends, and customer base Conduct warm calls and outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments. Engage with potential customers through telemarketing efforts, providing information about our products and services. Utilize technical sales skills to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in our CRM software. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Prepare reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to inform business strategies. Active communication with the NYC team throughout the process Experience This position requires that you have an active driver’s license and drive your own car (gas will be reimbursed) to different locations and be fairly familiar with the Florida region; with some flexibility that certain days require long travel time (3+ hrs) Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Familiarity with technical sales processes and software applications is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
