As a Client Relations Representative you will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, capitalizing on new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service that drives long term growth and success for our Fortune 50 clients like AT&T. The Client Relations Representative role is ideal for solution oriented individuals who thrive in a customer-facing setting, and value the importance of building and maintaining brand awareness for our clients. Our Client Relations and Sales teams plays an integral role in our organization and client’s success as we continue to expand operations throughout Florida.
Client Relations Representative Responsibilities:
Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and craft a unique, personalized sales and service experience. Become proficient in negotiation, resolving customer objections and account issues to successfully close sales. Troubleshoot, identify and provide clients with solutions to issues and concerns Utilize product knowledge to upsell products and services as needed and assist our sales team in new client acquisitions Collaborate with fellow Client Relations Associates, and other Customer Service and Sales team members so that all sales targets are met
Client Relations Representative Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in Client Relations, Sales, Customer Service or Hospitality People oriented and a niche in building relationships Comfortable working in a fast paced and face-to-face environment Solution-oriented and takes initiative in resolving unexpected challenges
