As a Debt Consultant, you will be responsible for making contact with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, developing relationships and guiding them through the qualification and enrollment process. Things you should know about this role: This is an in-house role that will require you to work in our office in West Palm Beach. This is a phone sales position. You will be making calls to and taking calls from people that are looking for help with their debt. We provide you with quality leads (no cold calling required), but you must enjoy being on the phone and put forth the effort to be successful. This role is hourly + commission. On average, a first-year sales representative can expect to earn $55,000 or more. Schedule is Mon-Thurs 9:00a-6:00p and Friday 9:00a-5:00p.
Responsibilities include:
Taking inbound calls from consumers interested in our services. Making outbound calls to consumers who have inquired about our services. Evaluate potential clients’ situation and provide options to help pay off their debt. Quote payment options and explain program details. Effectively manage a client pipeline ensuring proper follow-up Be thorough and detailed with the presentation, information gathering and completing client files.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of recent debt settlement, credit counseling or related experience is preferred The ability to efficiently and effectively manage a sales pipeline Must be energetic and self-motivated. Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Be proficient with computers, especially with MS Office and CRM tools.
