PrideStaff is working with a leading electrical/electronic manufacturing company in Palm Beach County to find an experienced Sales and Service rep that is committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Service Professional to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
The Sales and Service Professional will be responsible for interacting with potential and existing customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent telephone skills, a working understanding of AC and DC power, and proficiency in computer software.
Responsibilities:
Answering and responding to all customer inquiries received via email, social media, telephone, and other channels.
Coordinating with team members to provide comprehensive and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Providing customers with information on product applications, product specifications, pricing, delivery, and terms and conditions.
Maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction to support and drive sales.
Qualifications:
Excellent telephone and communication skills.
Working understanding of AC and DC power.
Good operational knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office software.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Preferred Qualifications:
2-year degree or technical certificate.
Experience in the electrical industry.
