Full Job Description Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all sales and design aspects for your business book, with a first-year sales goal of $ 2.0 M. Manage day-to-day sales activity with a focus on profitability, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Oversee the complete event process, including: Client consultations and venue walkthroughs Proposal and invoice creation Sales closing and payment collection Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, planners, venues, and industry partners. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Maintain internal documentation such as inquiry lists, proposals, EWS, and production sheets. Manage and mentor support staff including the Event Producer. Represent the company at industry and networking events to expand visibility and client base. Support continuous improvement of internal sales processes and client experience. Collaborate with leadership and other departments to align goals and drive growth. Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years in event sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong background in luxury or high-end event production. Excellent negotiation, sales closing, and relationship-building skills. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Preferred Experience:

Experience managing a sales pipeline of $2M+ annually. Prior experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Strong network in the Florida event industry is a plus.
