The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, ensuring that each occasion is memorable and meets the expectations of our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for guest services, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Duties Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements. Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, catering, decor, and entertainment. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services such as catering, audiovisual equipment, and venue rentals. Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed as planned. Provide exceptional customer service to guests before, during, and after events. Assist in fundraising efforts by organizing charity events and promoting sponsorship opportunities. Implement upselling strategies to enhance event offerings and maximize client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of event contracts, budgets, and timelines. Experience Proven experience in events management or a related field is preferred. Strong background in guest services within the restaurant or hospitality industry is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with event planning software or tools is a plus. Demonstrated ability in customer service with a focus on creating positive experiences for clients and guests. Experience in catering coordination is beneficial but not mandatory.
