The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, with the ability to engage clients effectively. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. Duties Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients and follow up on leads. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through effective communication. Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed targets. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on business development initiatives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the software system. Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends as required. Requirements Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication. Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
