Job Description:
Inside Sales Representative/Sales Executive use skills in communication to highlight the advantages of a product or service. Inside Sales Representative/Sales Executive expected to complete the following duties: Develop meaningful relationships with customers and employees to encourage trust and loyalty Reviewing technicians’ assessments Calling manufacturers for parts quotes Developing quotes for customers Track and follow up on submitted quotes to maximize award conversion rates Product knowledge Provide product knowledge and technical specifications for relevant medical devices to contracting officers and clinical decision-makers, as needed Working with cost analysis and profit margins Project Management Learn the industry and become an expert on the various products Highly motivated and willing to form relationships across all departments in the organization
Required Work Experience and Education:
Experience with sales, quotes, cost analysis, margin calculations, and project management preferred (6 months). Experience in the area with VPLs, Ramps, stairlifts is a big plus but not required.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
CRM Proficiency:
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for lead management, tracking, and reporting.
Tech Savvy:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Office 365, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools.
Organizational Skills:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. High School Diploma; Associates/BA degree or equivalent a plus Ability to pass a background check
Pay:
$19 to $22 per hour DOE + commission after 90 days
