About the Role We are seeking an energetic, motivated Inside Sales Representativein our national operations office location in Boca Raton, Florida.

The work schedule will include weekends, but may fluctuate based onbusiness needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment, excel in establishing quick rapport in communications,and is detail oriented. This role works closely with regionalleads, outside sales teams, field teams, and other internaldepartments. The Inside Sales Rep implements strategies tofacilitate the expansion of our rental and sales business in allour North American properties. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, andchat in a timely and professional manner. Identify customer needs, quote, and recommend products orservices to drive rentals and sales. Assist customers with product information, pricing, logistics,and order placement. Dispatch service requests and pickups to the appropriate teamsor technicians, ensuring timely responses and resolution. Update customer information and sales progress in CRM systemsto maintain accurate records. Regularly update and track work order statuses in nationalaccount portals, ensuring all information is accurate and up todate. This includes monitoring progress, communicating any delaysor changes, and ensuring timely completion according to customerspecifications and deadlines. Proactively follow up on incoming leads, working to convertthem into actionable sales opportunities. This involves engagingwith potential customers, understanding their needs, addressing anyquestions or concerns. Research and prepare prospect lists, make outbound calls, andwork closely with the Area Manager to explore potentialopportunities. Assist with researching to resolve billing and credit issueswith existing accounts. Review, process, and follow up on customer credit applicationsor any vendor paperwork needed. Consistently communicate with Inside Sales team and SalesManager on any inventory and branch status updates. Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED 3+ years of experience in sales/customer service 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite 1+ years of experience using CRM platforms Preferred Qualifications Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritizeeffectively, and handle competing demands. Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactingwith customers and internal teams.
