We’re seeking a dynamic Luxury Sales Representative who thrives in a competitive environment and is driven to hunt for new business. You will be tasked with aggressively expanding our customer base while nurturing existing relationships, ensuring BRAVAS remains the go-to name in luxury home automation.
Responsibilities:
Drive New Business:
Proactively seek and secure new customers within your assigned territory.
Exceed Sales Quotas:
Consistently meet and surpass assigned sales targets through strategic outreach and relentless follow-up.
Identify Opportunities:
Research and identify potential clients; utilize cold calling, site visits, and networking via email and LinkedIn to initiate contact.
KPI Management:
Meet required KPIs, including outreach volume, proposal generation, and pipeline closures.
Sales Process Adherence:
Maintain meticulous records in CRM, ensuring leads are entered, pricing is accurate, and weekly forecasts are submitted. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field or equivalent work experience Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas Have extensive experience closing new business Extensive experience working in a CRM Self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to travel within the region approximately 25% of the time Must be able to pass a criminal background check
