We are in search of an enthusiastic and creative Marketing & Business Development Assistant to support our Marketing Director in growing our firm’s brand. This role is a good mix of marketing and business development and is well-suited for someone who likes variety in their day. What You’ll Do:

Business Development (50% of role): Outreach to lawyers, doctors, and other businesses to build partnerships. Setting and managing meetings calendar Managing and nurturing existing partnerships Representing the firm at monthly community events

Events:

Research community involvement opportunities (e.g. charitable event sponsorships, event participation, fundraisers, etc.). Assist with internal events planning and management Social Media/Marketing (50% of role): Assist Marketing Manager with content ideas and staying abreast of trends. Assist with filming/editing/photographing content. Assist with social media management- stories, engagement and responding to direct messages as needed. Maintain detailed records and reports of all marketing campaigns. Other administrative tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

A degree in marketing, graphic design, or another related field is preferred. A background in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, and business development (experience with social media platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Legal industry experience not required

Skills and Abilities:

Comfortable speaking about our firm to potential partners in person or via telephone. Strong organization skills and self-starter abilities. Creative thinking paired with a continuous improvement mindset. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$51,707.00 – $57,330.00 per year
