Moving & Storage Experience Required:

MUST have direct carrier experience. We are a licensed household goods carrier , and we’re expanding our inside sales team with professionals who know the ins and outs of the moving industry from a carrier’s perspective . If you’ve sold moves directly for a moving company — we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound moving leads Provide accurate estimates based on carrier operations Convert leads into booked jobs with high close rates Follow up with clients via phone, email, and CRM Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to align sales with service availability ✅

Requirements:

Minimum 2+years of inside sales experience with a licensed moving carrier Strong understanding of DOT regulations , tariffs , and in-home/virtual estimate processes Proven ability to close residential and commercial moves Strong communication and negotiation skills

Tech-savvy:

Comfortable using CRMs, email tools, and VOIP systems

Compensation:
