Non-Attorney Salesperson – Case Specialist Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced in-person non-attorneysalesperson (Case Specialist) to join our fast-growing team atRobinson & Casey PLLC! The Case Specialist position is anon-attorney who handles the client intake and sales for Robinsonand Casey PLLC (the “Firm”). The primary functions are to conductinitial consultations with prospective new clients, convert them toclients, and successfully onboard the new client to the legalteam

Please note that prior sales experience is required, preferably inthe legal field and/or addiction/mental health industry. Thisposition is in-person, Monday-Friday, in Boca Raton, FL.

Responsibilities:

The Case Specialist will conduct in-depth meetings with prospectivenew clients (PNCs) for the purpose of selling legal services.

During these meetings, the Case Specialist will:

• Follow policies and procedures on how to communicate with PNCsin the most effective and compassionate manner.
• Collect information about the PNCs and the matters for whichthey are seeking the Firm’s help.
• Assure the PNCs that the Firm’s attorneys and staff will beable to help them.
• Show compassion and empathy for their situation.
• Provide a general description of the Firm’s services in thearea where the PNC needs help. The Case Specialist will oversee the client onboarding process:
• Create the Engagement Agreement and accept payment, interactingwith the attorney for acceptance of the contract.
• Send emails to the appropriate parties within the firm to starta new case.
• Follow up with clients 5 days after being hired and verify thatthe onboarding team has accomplished their duties.
• Follow up with clients 15 days after being hired to ensure theyare receiving great client support and answer any of their currentconcerns.
• The Case Specialist will stay in contact with PNCs who do notappear for their consultation, and PNCs that do not sign up aftertheir initial consultation, to keep the door open for them to comein when they are ready.
• The Case Specialist will keep detailed records about the numberof PNCs that contact the firm, the number that is scheduled forinitial consultation, come in for initial consultations, the numberthat engage the firm, and other associated metrics (referralsource, average case value, etc.).
• The Case Specialist will actively engage in dialogue withmanagement regarding the quality and volume of the leads, offeringconstructive feedback and suggestions for improvement based on”front lines” experience.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in sales of products or services, luxuryor high-end products and services is required. A proven trackrecord using a consultative sales approach is required.
• Education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor’sdegree.
• Strong interest in consultative solutions selling.
• Experience with CRM, particularly reporting, is required.
• Knowledge of the legal industry is an asset.
• Real-life experience & a few “battle scars” to give you empathyand understanding is an asset.

Experience overcoming a majorobstacle in life and making an important change in your life, soyou know at your core that others can do it too, is a plus.
