The Outbound Sales Representative Position is the first point of contact for customers who seek our assistance with their debt. You will be responsible for pre-qualifying potential customers and transferring qualified customers to our certified enrollment specialists.
PLEASE NOTE
: This is an in-office position (not remote) that requires you to work in our West Palm Beach office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle 150-200 calls per day (both inbound and outbound) Read from script to properly engage and pre-qualify potential clients Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional demeanor Identify the customer’s objectives and provide possible solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
Some call center/sales experience is preferred Must have a positive, upbeat and professional attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual is a plus! Proficiency with computer programs such as MS Office, Google and CRM Be result-driven and goal-oriented Must be punctual and reliable!
