Role:
We are looking for energetic, results-driven Outbound Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing acquisitions team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to property owners and key decision-makers, introducing ProperXPM’s platform, and sparking interest in our services. This is a partially remote, part-time contractor position, ideal for individuals who are confident on the phone, articulate in communication, and motivated to drive engagement through meaningful conversations. We’re seeking candidates interested in long-term growth and career development. As ProperXPM enters a dynamic phase of hypergrowth, this role offers the potential to transition from part-time contractor to full-time team member based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outreach, making 300-500 outbound calls per week to prospective leads across the U.S.
- Follow a structured outreach framework to effectively introduce ProperXPM and communicate the value of our services.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in identifying key decision-makers and navigating gatekeepers to reach the right contacts.
- Engage prospects in professional, rapport-building conversations that spark curiosity and pave the way for deeper sales discussions.
- Diligently log all call activity, lead statuses, and relevant notes in internal CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with senior sales team members to hand off qualified leads and support ongoing sales cycles.
- Maintain exceptional communication standards that align with and represent ProperXPM’s brand values and voice.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, inside sales, lead generation, or customer service, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to convey complex ideas with clarity and professionalism.
- Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and responsiveness to client needs.
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, or B2B enterprise sales is highly desirable.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and skilled at navigating objections and rejection with professionalism and resilience.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and follow-ups.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
- Must be available to work during U.
S. business hours, specifically Eastern or Central Time zones.
