As our Outside Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include: Making outbound calls to prospects who have expressed interest in our services online Making outbound calls to leads provided to you Finding opportunities for outbound calls via various data sources Selling residential & commercial pest control services and other offerings aligned with our standard operating procedures Creating service accounts for new customers Scheduling inspections and/or quality control visits for our sales inspectors and technicians Efficiently navigating multiple programs simultaneously, while maintaining a friendly conversation with customers Achieving conversion goals and other performance metrics, including booking rate and monthly revenue sold Initiating and maintaining customer care programs, including telephone surveys and follow-up on extra services For this role, we prefer candidates with Salesforce experience.
