Outside Sales Representative•Auto Shop Supplies About Above the Treads Above the Treads is a leading supplier of wheel and tire shop products, serving auto businesses across South Florida. We’re known for our friendly team, fast service, and reliable delivery of quality products. We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help us grow and support our customers. What You’ll Do Visit local tire shops, auto repair shops, and dealerships in South Florida. Build strong relationships with shop owners and managers. Sell and promote our products, including wheel weights, sensors, valve stems, tire repair items, gloves, and more. Find new shops and customers along your route to grow sales. Restock customer shelves and make sure they have what they need. Show customers new products and suggest items that can help their business. Keep track of orders, payments, and customer info using a tablet or phone. Represent Above the Treads with a positive attitude and excellent service. What We’re Looking For Valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Friendly, outgoing personality with good communication skills. Able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs. Sales, route, or delivery experience is a plus but not required. Self-motivated and reliable. Experience with auto shops is helpful but not required. Pay & Benefits Base pay: $36,000•40,000 per year. Commission plan•earn over $48,000 per year with good sales. Bonus and performance incentives. Schedule Monday to Friday, daytime hours. 8 hours/day. No nights or weekends. Home every day.
