Position Summary:
Sales Agents receive inbound telephone calls (no outbound calling)as a result of various ADT marketing and partner campaigns. Engagewith interested Security and Smart Home customers to close salesand schedule install appointments with our ADT Field employees. Answer new and existing customer phone calls while followingsales processes. Consultatively work with customers to close sales by gatheringinformation, determining needs and scheduling installationappointments. Ensure customer satisfaction by determining needs andtransferring calls to the appropriate party for resolution,performing follow-up including quotes, information requests,etc. Qualifications –
External Experience:
One year of sales experience preferred.
Skills:
Proven sales ability and closing skills. Strong listening skills used to conduct needs analysis. Excellent problem solving and communication skills. Ability to multi-task while speaking to prospects.
