We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Palm Beach. Highly lucrative position. Commission. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in the residential and commercial market segments. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, background in sales, roofing knowledge, strong communication skills (digital and direct), and the ability to effectively demonstrate our roofing products and services. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence in South Florida and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Conduct direct sales from inbound leads and cold calls to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities. Deliver product demos to showcase the features and benefits of our roof offerings. Utilize technical sales skills to address client inquiries and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts and close sales with both new and existing customers. Maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and support. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance product visibility in the market. Participate in inside sales activities, including managing leads and updating CRM systems. Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets. Requirements Must have at least 2-years of roofing sales experience. Proven experience in direct sales, retail sales, or inside sales is preferred. Strong understanding of software products and technical sales processes. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively. Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations that resonate with potential clients. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving goals.
