Requirements A valid Work Permit is mandatory to work legally in the U.S. Fluency in Portuguese is essential, as our primary focus is serving the Brazilian community in US. Experience in the financial field (preferred but not mandatory – we provide training). Sales experience is a plus. Strong communication and persuasive skills. Proactivity, discipline, and a strong desire for personal and professional growth. Insurance license or financial certifications (preferred but not essential).
