This role involves handling different forms of payment, such as room charges, credit cards, and cash, to provide guests with a seamless experience. The Sales Coordinator’s interactions with guests directly impact the satisfaction levels of our Room Service service.

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry Excellent communication skills, particularly in sales techniques and recommendations Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Good networking abilities and knowledge of hotel operations due to extensive interactions across all hotel departments

Responsibilities:
