About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating qualified leads and setting up meetings for our Owner. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow a career in sales with a dynamic and fast-paced company. Key Responsibilities 1. Answer all inbound lead calls immediately during business hours and as late as 7 or 8PM. If not able to answer, the expectation is that a return call be made within 2-5 minutes, or as soon as possible within the same business day. 2. Follow-up with all current Company leads by phone call and text during business hours. This should be completed each business day for 10-days from the date of the initial phone call. 3. Develop rapport and nurture quality relationships with the current leads in efforts to gather all relevant information to qualify the lead and if qualified, scheduling the appointment with the Acquisition Specialist. 4. Ensures that client receives exceptional customer service. 5. Participate in ongoing sales training to ensure strict adherence to the Company’s sales processes and procedures. 6. Keep the Company’s sales database well-organized and ensure that each new qualified lead has an estimated assigned contract date. 7. Make follow-up calls to previous leads that did not retain the Company’s services and document accordingly. 8. Conduct outbound prospect calls from provided Company list and document accordingly. Requirements
- 1-2 years of prior phone sales experience required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with all potential new clients.
- Must be self-motivated and competitive.
- Ability to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to problem solve and be proactive.
- Must have a High School diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
