Outside Sales Representative Job Description Join a dynamic and growing wheel and tire supplies distributor in South Florida as an Outside Sales Representative. You will be responsible for discovering new customers, fostering relationships with auto shops and dealerships, and promoting a range of automotive products such as TPMS sensors, wheel weights, and tire repair supplies. Responsibilities + Identify and connect with new customers through networking and cold calling. + Build and maintain strong relationships with auto shops, dealerships, and tire retailers. + Demonstrate and sell products to meet customer needs effectively. + Track sales activities and customer interactions using a CRM system. + Stay informed about industry trends and competitors. + Attend trade shows and events to promote products. Essential Skills + Experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry. + Strong communication and relationship-building skills. + Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet sales goals. + Familiarity with tire shop operations and automotive products. + Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to drive across Broward and southern Palm Beach Counties. + Sales-inclined; door-to-door sales experience is beneficial. + Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a significant advantage. Work Environment The position is full-time, requiring an 8-hour day shift from Monday to Friday, with no night shifts. The role involves driving a company van across Broward and Palm Beach counties, visiting auto repair shops to promote and sell products. The warehouse for van pick-up and drop-off is located in the Lake Worth area.
