The way VREV makes money is by acquiring a property or an interest in a property, and disposing (Selling that property) to an active Real Estate Investor in that particular market. At VREV, our top-tier commission structure empowers sales leaders to earn multiple six-figure incomes annually! We provide highly competitive, incentivized commission plans, including a draw option equivalent to a $43,200 yearly salary. Additionally, our uncapped commission-only structure allows first-year reps to potentially earn $100,000-$200,000 or more. In this role, you’ll work closely with local real estate investors, building strong relationships and facilitating transactions that VREV sources. Responsibilities and Duties:
Cold targeting of investors in local markets. Build and nurture relationships with buyers and investors. Conduct in-person walkthroughs and showcase properties to buyers. Participate in sales meetings to review goals, share success stories, and strategize. Collaborate with managers to review your sales pipeline and identify opportunities for growth. Maintain a professional and organized approach to prospecting and follow-up.
