Responsibilities:
Guide customers through the entire process of purchasing products, from start to finish. Learn and understand different types of furniture by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features. Maintain rapport with previous customers and turn potential buyers into satisfied customers. Qualify buyers by understanding their needs and interests. Follow up with potential customers who showed interest but did not purchase Marketing to drive personal sales goals Perform customer service responsibilities including data entry, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs, all while ensuring outstanding customer service both in-person and over the phone. Keeping an open line of communication with management.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service or Retail Motivated and customer focused Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Eager to learn and trainable Must be reliable and punctual Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
