What You’ll Do Outbound Sales & Account Building:

Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospects and existing customers Build strong relationships and educate buyers on promotions and new products Onboard 5-7 new accounts per week through consistent outreach and follow-up

Order Management & CRM Execution:

Use Odoo CRM to log all calls, notes, and customer interactions Assist with order processing and coordinate with warehouse teams for fulfillment Answer customer inquiries, provide updates, and manage upsells What We’re Looking For Comfortable making 100+ calls per day Strong communicator, confident on the phone, organized in CRM Self-motivated, competitive, and ready to be coached Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required) Able to work on-site in our Dallas office Willing to work Saturdays and thrive in a fast-paced, warehouse-office hybrid environment Requirements Must pass a background check Comfortable with monthly pay schedule Reliable transportation to our Dallas location Performance Targets Outbound Calls/Day
