Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll leverage your deep knowledge of the MSP and IT markets to develop strategic sales initiatives aimed at expanding our client base. Your role will be pivotal in mentoring and leading a sales team to exceed sales targets, foster strong client relationships, and position AdvancedBITS as the go-to provider for business IT solutions and cyber security.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the IT services sector. Understand client requirements and propose solutions that align with their IT strategy and our service offerings. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective and current clients. Work closely with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions accurately address client needs. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Participate in networking events, trade shows, and other industry events to promote AdvancedBITS. Ensure all sales activities are recorded in the CRM system for tracking and management reporting. Lead by example, using your sales acumen to secure new business while guiding your team to do the same. Build, mentor, and lead a sales team capable of executing innovative sales strategies. Develop in-depth relationships with key clients, understand their needs and aligning our solutions to their business goals.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience in the IT sector, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. Strong understanding of IT services and products, including cloud services, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and support services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and team members. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
