Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Utilize POS systems for processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available for customers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and industry trends to inform customers effectively. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Experience with product demos to effectively showcase offerings is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with diverse customers.
