Rack Electric is looking for a full-time sales team scheduling coordinator . This position will serve as the front end, main point of contact for the Sales Team and liaison between the Sales Team and other internal departments as well as customers. Work directly with the Sales Team on a daily basis to fulfill their scheduling requests, which may include processing applications, assisting customers, process contracts, etc. Manage the daily, Weekly and monthly reporting process, which may include manual data entry, updating spreadsheets and the sales team calendars. Work directly with customers on a daily basis, experience with outbound calls a plus. Work collaboratively with the Operations Team, management, and other departments to ensure superior customer service Maintain accurate, up to date, properly stored account / implementation notes and records pertaining to generator installation customer files. Perform weekly metric reporting, ad-hoc reporting, and other special projects as needed Perform other related duties as assigned

What You Bring:

2-3 years of related work experience preferred Must have strong organization, communication, and multi-tasking skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle a high volume of workload with extremely strong attention to detail Proficient MS Excel experience a mut with ability to develop and analyze reports along with knowledge of v-look up, queries, functions, and reports MS products (Word, Outlook, etc.) Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Experience with Salesforce preferred ( Service Titan, Hatch, Trello ) Background in dispatching a plus | Background in Permitting a plus.

Computer savvy with proficiency in data entry Proficient in using Google Suite or Microsoft Office products Strong communication and presentation skills Strategic and critical thinking skills Must be

COACHABLE

Associate’s degree (AA) or above in a related field is preferred Proven work experience as a Scheduling Coordinator or similar role is preferred

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Call and text clients to confirm details Use CRM software to create schedules Use MapQuest and Google Maps to create sales routes Use Property Appraiser software Communicate with different departments in the company Manages open sales orders Timely reconciliation of discrepancies by proposing and resolving issues Maintaining high quality customer service when interacting with customers to resolve billing differences Supports Operations and Sales teams on scheduling consultation appointments. Creates a tracking and follow process for all open items Ensure all required documents for order adjustments are obtained and accurate Communicates with all related parties on action and status of open items
