WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. A proven track record of successful selling impact windows and doors sales in the residential market. Experience generating sales from Builders, Contractors, Homeowners, etc Knowledge of major brands: PGT, CGI, Andersen, ES and more Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing a designated territory. Experience using Outlook , Excel , Word , and various web-based platforms.
