Role:
You will be responsible for selling custom manufacturing services to companies looking to develop their own cosmetic and skincare lines. Your role is to identify qualified leads, understand their product goals, and guide them through the private-label development process.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and engage B2B leads in the beauty, skincare, and wellness industries Present private-label capabilities and consult on product development needs Close deals with clients launching new brands or expanding their existing product lines Maintain long-term relationships and act as a liaison between clients and the production team Meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Proven B2B sales experience in the cosmetics, skincare, or contract manufacturing space Strong understanding of private-label or white-label production processes Excellent communication and consultative selling skills Experience working with beauty brands, eCommerce founders, or retail buyers Self-starter with strong follow-up and closing abilities
