Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process Guide customers from check-in to repair completion Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic devices Communicate technical issues in a clear, understandable manner Offer repair estimates and recommend additional services Ensure all repairs meet uBreakiFix quality standards Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment Answer phone calls professionally and convert inquiries to store visits Manage inventory accurately and uphold store cleanliness Utilize POS system for customer records and repair tracking
