Full Job Description Job Overview:

We at Versa Energy by PEScience are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Field Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth in the convenience and gas station channel. This role involves visiting independently owned and chain gas stations within a defined territory to sell and promote our line of premium energy drinks. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who thrives on face-to-face interaction, has a passion for beverages, and enjoys being on the road.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Development:

Establish and grow relationships with gas station owners, managers, and decision-makers to increase product placement and sales.

Sales Execution:

Present product offerings, negotiate pricing and promotions, and close sales to meet or exceed territory sales targets.

Merchandising & Branding:

Ensure proper product placement, manage in-store displays, restock shelves, and maintain brand standards.

Territory Management:

Plan and manage daily travel routes efficiently; document visits, sales activity, and customer feedback using CRM tools or daily call reports.

Promotions & Demos:

Support sampling events, launch promotions, and seasonal campaigns to boost brand visibility and drive consumer trial.

Market Intelligence:

Collect and report information on competitive activity, pricing, and customer preferences to inform strategy.

Requirements:
Experience:

1-3 years in field sales, preferably in the beverage, CPG, or convenience retail industry.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, persuasive selling ability, self-motivated, and highly organized.

Other Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Ability to lift cases of product (up to 40 lbs). Willingness to travel daily within the assigned region.
