The ability to learn our product offering (lightly technical in nature) and match features & benefits to customer needs is essential. Attention to detail in processing quotes, orders, & records is required. GSA or government contract knowledge is a plus but not required. This is a full-time, onsite position based in our St. Petersburg, FL office, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Inside Sales Representative Tasks

  • Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses.
  • Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests.
  • Explain technical product or service information to customers.
  • Estimate or quote prices, contracts, warranties, and delivery dates and logging these communications.
  • Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
  • Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
  • Prepare estimates and bids that meet specific customer needs.
  • Process customer orders including placing & following up on purchase orders with vendors. Technology Skills
