We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our team!

Important note:

This is not a high-pressure sales job. You’re not cold calling, closing deals, or pushing products. Instead, you’ll be supporting existing customers—people who already know and use our products—making sure they get what they need quickly and accurately.

What You’ll Do:

Develop trusting relationships with returning and new customers who are already interested in our products Follow up on warm leads and customer inquiries with helpful info and support Provide product details and forward qualified leads to Account Managers when needed Collect and confirm customer information like addresses, order details, and preferences Handle follow-up emails and phone calls to ensure a smooth experience Support order processing (samples, hardware, add-ons, etc.) Assist Account Managers with proposals, inbound calls, and customer service tasks Reconnect with past customers through check-ins or personalized messages You’re a

  • $23 per hour
    shift: First
    work hours: 8 AM

    education: Associate Responsibilities Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process & build trust
    Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
    Improve customer relationship by providing value to customers who are either repeat or new clients
    Preliminary email communication with New Leads•forward responses to Account Managers
    Call for Qualifying initial contact, with email to contact as follow-up to call as needed
    Request Address, Send Qualifying Emails
    Request any additional information as may be required for Account Managers to effectively assist the lead
    Follow-up Emails
    Request for Address Follow-ups (2-3 follow-ups following initial), as required/assigned
    Supporting sales by entering and processing miscellaneous orders, including but not limited to:
    Sample Orders
    Hardware orders
    Other add-ons to existing or previous orders
    Support Account Managers by answering incoming calls
    Support Account Managers by assisting with Proposal Follow-ups, as requested
    Complete other scheduled contacts of current and past customers in form of phone calls, emails, and/or written cards or letters
    The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment Skills Sales Support (2 years of experience is preferred)
