Position Summary:

This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the retail and reception areas of our Medspa business. This includes delivering a seamless 5 star experience to every patient at check-in and check-out, providing support to providers and other admin staff, ensuring personal and company sales goals are met, and managing our retail store. II)

The ideal candidate is someone who is seeking an administrative career in Aesthetics. We are a fast growing company that offers growth opportunities in sales and operations and we are looking for someone who can help us continue to grow and who is interested in growing with us. This is not a stepping stone to a clinical role nor is this an entry level position. We are looking for an experienced, business-minded individual who knows what it takes to run a successful Aesthetic practice. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the sales and customer service aspects of the business, loves to serve others and enjoys making warm, genuine connections. Success in the role also requires excellent communication skills and having a passion for learning, teaching, constantly improving – oneself and others. III)

Work Schedule :

Full Time, Monday and Wednesday 8:30am to 6pm/close, Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30am to 7pm/close. Must open every morning and stay until the last patient has left the facility. We are currently closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. IV)

Detailed Responsibilities:

Customer Service / Sales Ensure a memorable, 5-star experience for every patient and visitor Deliver anticipatory, personalized service Educate patients about Medspa products and services Sell memberships, service packages, retail products, and gift cards Ensure Company retail and service sales goals are met Perform sales demos of retail products for patients Communicate with patients about their accounts/financials Check patients in and out, manage patient paperwork, collect payments Schedule, modify, and pre-book appointments Retail Store Responsible for retail store merchandising and displays Purchasing and inventory management Ensure sales floor and reception area is always neat, clean, and organized Other Requirements Must master the use of Company Practice Management and POS Software (Nextech) Must be proficient at learning and mastering other business software and tools V)
