Responsibilities Connect with homeowners in your assigned area to generate interest in solar energy Educate potential customers on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar Set and run consultations with interested homeowners Present proposals and guide customers through the decision-making process Manage and update your sales pipeline through our CRM Requirements Strong communication skills and a competitive mindset Self-driven, organized, and resilient Willingness to engage with prospects in person Reliable transportation and a smartphone Sales experience is a plus, but we provide full training Compensation & Benefits Earning potential of $9,000
