We are expanding our team and looking for a driven Restoration Sales Representative to help us grow local business. Position Overview As a Restoration Sales Representative, your primary goal will be to develop new business and referral relationships within your territory. You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager to drive growth and promote Regency DRT’s trusted services. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work in the field and from home, with in-office time as needed. Key Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities in residential and commercial restoration Build and manage referral relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, realtors, contractors, and other partners Attend networking events, trade shows, and community functions to promote our services Collaborate with the branch team to meet local sales goals and support operations Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and follow-ups Qualifications Minimum 3 years of sales experience in disaster restoration or a closely related industry (construction, mitigation, insurance, etc.) Proven ability to generate $1M+ in past annual sales Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills Self-starter with strong time management and follow-through Familiarity with restoration and insurance claim processes is a strong plus Compensation & Benefits $75,000 base salary + uncapped commission 75% employer-paid health insurance (50% for dependents) 401(k) with company match Hybrid work structure – field-based with flexible office presence Growth opportunities within an award-winning, established company Why Join Regency DRT?
