We’re expanding and looking for a Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our team and help lead our growth.

Job Summary:

This is a dual role combining sales and project management. You’ll be responsible for meeting with potential clients, selling artificial turf solutions, preparing quotes, and managing projects from start to finish. Ideal candidates are motivated, organized, and customer-focused—with a strong ability to close sales and manage job execution.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person or virtual consultations with prospective customers Provide estimates and detailed project proposals Close sales and maintain a strong pipeline of leads Coordinate installation schedules and communicate with clients and crews Manage project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction Visit job sites to confirm quality and track timelines Follow up post-installation for reviews, referrals, and repeat business

Qualifications:

Sales or project management experience (landscaping/construction a plus) Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs at once Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and estimating tools Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
