All sales are conducted over the phone, with ZERO cold calling involved. Your role will involve identifying the right solutions for each client, fostering strong relationships, and closing deals that contribute to your success—and earnings!

Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward your hard work and success.

• Paid training to set you up for success.
• A starting hourly wage of $25.
• A supportive new hire commission plan that transitions into a lucrative long-term commission plan after 120 days.
• Uncapped commission potential, with top sales closers earning between $100,000
• $200,000 annually.
• Performance-based salary increases: up to $6,000 after 90 days, another $6,000 at 6 months, and an additional $6,000 at 9 months, bringing your base salary to $70,000 at the 9-month mark.
• No income ceiling—if you’re a top performer, your earnings can continue to grow.
• Weekly games with prizes ranging from $200
• 500 for our top producers.

Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and foster long-term relationships with customers. No fear of technology

Ability to multi-task and correctly prioritize without stressing out. Persistent and can get things done despite obstacles/barriers. Excellent team player and willing to help others as needed. Engage in B2B sales by identifying potential clients and building strong relationships through effective negotiation and customer service.
