Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Dealer Direct Sales Specialist who excels in a fast-paced sales environment. This role is predominantly focused on inside sales, tasked with contacting potential and existing dealers to convert leads into consistent, purchasing customers. This position requires strong inside sales skills, including effective phone communication and the ability to persuade and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to build relationships and secure deals with new and existing dealers. Gain expert knowledge of our products to effectively communicate their benefits and features to a dealer audience. Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on converting interactions into repeat business. Maintain detailed records of dealer interactions and transactions, managing sales pipeline effectively. Attend major industry trade shows and perform occasional field visits to key dealers to enhance business relationships (limited to a few times per year). Serve as a professional representative of our brand at all times, positively promoting our products in the marketplace.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in inside sales, with a record of achieving sales quotas. Deep knowledge and passion for the firearms industry and the Second Amendment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of executing compelling sales presentations over the phone. Highly motivated, with a drive to pursue new sales opportunities and close deals. Must be able to work onsite in Largo, FL, to collaborate effectively with the sales team and management.
