- Inside Sales and Parts Coordinator
- Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
- Communicate and provide information to supervisors and co-workers by telephone, in written form, email and in person
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
- Maintain customer information such as contract forms, contact names, change of address records, phone numbers, email addresses and new account information
- Enter, record, store, or maintain information in electronic/magnetic form
- Prepare customer invoices for the electronic file and the shipping department
- Answer customer questions about products, availability, product uses, and credit terms
- Correspond with customers regarding information of production progress and costs
- Confer with sales team for required information to process purchase orders
- Discuss use and features of various parts, based on knowledge of machines or equipment.
- Other Requisites
- Employer conducts Screenings. Must agree to (and pass) a background check, physical (if applicable), and drug screening testing
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Experience in reading instructional manuals and technical drawings preferred.
