INSTORE LEAD GENERATOR
Apex Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Lakeland, FL 33809 We’re looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Lead Generators! This is an in-store position focused on building rapport and relationships with store leadership, floor staff, and customers. As a Lead Generator, you’ll greet and initiate conversations with customers in-store to identify those who may benefit from our services. No experience with air conditioning is needed—your main role is to spark interest and capture quality leads, which will then be followed up by our comfort advisors.
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with in-store leadership and floor staff to support lead generation efforts. Approach and engage customers, creating a warm and welcoming environment. Initiate conversations to identify potential leads, without the need for technical knowledge. Collect and document lead information, ensuring it is complete and accurate. Stay positive and motivated, even when facing rejection, and keep a friendly demeanor with customers and staff.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation or a similar customer engagement role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to quickly establish rapport. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to meet lead generation targets. Resilient, with the ability to handle rejection in a competitive environment.
