Responsibilities:
Lead Management:

Promptly respond to all incoming internet leads (email, website forms, chat) and phone inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

Customer Communication:

Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and text, answering questions, providing detailed product information, and building rapport.

Lead Nurturing:

Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and effectively guide them through the initial sales process.

Appointment Setting:

Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test rides, vehicle viewings, and sales consultations.

Follow-Up & Retention:

Conduct consistent and thorough follow-up with all unsold prospects to encourage dealership visits and maintain communication with sold customers for retention.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and detailed customer information and interaction logs within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Product Knowledge:

Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of all powersports vehicles, accessories, and services offered by the dealership.

Promotions & Campaigns:

Stay informed about current promotions, financing options, and marketing campaigns to effectively communicate offers to customers.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team, F&I department, and other internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Goal Achievement:

Strive to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion and appointment setting goals.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred. 1+ years of experience in internet sales, BDC, customer service, or telemarketing, preferably in an automotive or powersports dealership setting. Passion for powersports and a general knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other recreational vehicles. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor. Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software (experience with specific dealership CRMs is a plus). Ability to learn and confidently execute sales scripts and processes. Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
