Utilize Salesforce to manage sales activities, track leads, and report on performance metrics. Engage in upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our offerings and expand your network. Skills Proven experience in business development and outside sales, preferably in technology or software sectors. Strong lead generation skills with the ability to analyze market conditions effectively. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients. Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining customer satisfaction.
