As we expand our footprint across Florida and beyond, we’re seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Representative to lead the charge first in Orlando, and then onto other cities.

Position Summary:

We’re looking for an ambitious, relationship-focused Sales & Marketing professional to help grow Honest Sherpa’s presence in the short-term rental and resort space and maintain those relationships as an Account Manager. This person will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, onboarding new property managers and resort partners, and helping our current clients drive more guest engagement with our offerings through account management.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:

Identify, engage, and secure new partnerships with vacation rental managers, resort operators, and hospitality groups that would benefit from Honest Sherpa’s amenity rentals and services.

Account Expansion:

Build strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure they are maximizing the use of Honest Sherpa’s offerings and driving incremental revenue.

Marketing Outreach:

Develop and execute outbound campaigns (email, social, phone, and in-person when possible) to raise awareness of Honest Sherpa’s solutions and brand presence in targeted markets.

Partnership Enablement:

Provide partners with tools (white-label emails, flyers, digital content) to promote Honest Sherpa products to their guests in a compliant and conversion-friendly way.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, partner interactions, and deal pipelines using relevant sales tools. Provide weekly reporting on outreach, growth, and conversion metrics.

Collaborative Growth:

Work closely with our leadership team to refine messaging, identify market opportunities, and continuously improve the partner and guest experience.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

2+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience (experience in hospitality, property management, or vacation rentals strongly preferred) Proven track record of building partnerships and generating revenue through strategic outreach Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to decision-makers Self-starter mentality with excellent organization and follow-up skills Familiarity with CRM platforms and email marketing tools A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experiences
